Let's Talk Lashes

Nowadays, it's all about lashes. And with so many different mascaras out there, it's hard to choose.
Some promise to lengthen, others claim to make lashes look fuller. My mascara routine includes two different formulas: CoverGirl LashBlast Fusion (found at any drugstore) and Benefit They're Real! (found at Sephora).
I use CoverGirl LashBlast Fusion first, the brush helps separate all my lashes.
I then use 2 coats of Benefit They're Real which thickens and lengthens to create a look similar to falsies.

Fall Nail Polish

I'm loving deep, moody colors for fall, especially Bordeaux, which fits in with the oxblood trend this season.
I'm currently wearing Stylenomics, which is a dark green that almost looks black. What's your go-to polish color for fall?

Bold Brows

Bold brows can make a world of difference in the overall appearance of your makeup.
Case in point: the above photos. The only difference is that I filled in my eyebrows with
NARS eyebrow pencil in "jodhpur" in the "after" photo. Darker brows frame your face and enhance other features.
Try out this trend for fall by choosing an eyebrow pencil that is one shade darker than your brows.

MC Home: Living Room

When Greg and I moved into our new townhouse, I was so excited to decorate the living room since we were starting from scratch. When I moved into my studio apartment it was just me so the decor was very girly and purple. This is my first time living with a boy (eek!) so I tried to create a living room that is comfortable, functional, and has a balance of both masculine and feminine elements. I am happy to report that Greg loves it!
