I will always be the kind of baker that eats the batter (screw salmonella!) Cookie dough is my ultimate weakness so when I found this recipe on The Girl Who Ate Everything blog last summer, I knew these cupcakes would be an instant fave. I made them that day and trust me I was not disappointed! Absolutely Delicious!
