A co-worker's birthday was on Tuesday so I made these Banana Bread Muffins for a breakfast celebration.
The recipe calls for a delicious brown sugar and cinnamon mixture to sprinkle on top before popping them in the oven,
which is to die for. I just couldn't resist waiting until work the next morning, so I did a little taste test while the muffins were still warm. These are amazing - worth every calorie! The Buying Department loved them too! Check out the recipe here.
